Had an awesome stay! Mario's hospitality shined through and the place was super clean. Loved the cozy communal kitchen for snacks and the excellent location near Termini made getting around easy. Just wish the room was a bit bigger!

Mini hotel.
Clean place with lovely staff members and city views. Set in an awesome location close to a tube station. Found in a good part of the town. The restaurant was great, for choices. Totally delightful stay for 3 nights.

The shared bathroom was an absolute nightmare, no ventilation whatsoever, and good luck getting in and out without a gym membership. Since I expected a more luxurious experience, maybe a nice welcome gift woudl ve been nice. I almost gave a good review, but here we are. Not impressed.

Nothing to like in this b&b. The rooms are not clean and the room service doesn't path everyday, no towels are provided daily, and the bathroom is not comfortable. It was my worst stay in my entire life.

There was no reception you had to check in at a local hotel which I was unaware of prior to arriving. Was not told on checking in where I could have breakfast and there was no information on any trips etc. A pricey stay in what turned out to be just a bed for the trip

Only the situation of the hotel in the centre of Rome.
There is no breakfast as described. You get only a cup of coffee with a croissant in the cafe close to the hoitel.

We stayed for two nights and really loved the cozy atmosphere. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Termini. The shared kitchen was a lifesaver for quick snacks after our family outings!
My wife says that a larger bathroom would be nice.
